I haven’t found anything wrong with this light set, per se, but I purchased this specific set to save a few bucks compared to my typical brand. To be honest, I’m pretty sure they’re designed and distributed by the same manufaturer as the light pattern, brightness, etc. mirror my previous lights identically. I only purchased this to replace one of the rear lights from damage that occurred due to Ohio roads having more craters than the moon, and asthetically, you’d never be able to tell I don’t have a “matching set” on my trailer.So, why three stars? For what I saved in price, I lost in mounting hardware. This comes with nothing that you need to install the lights, and odds are, if you’re replacing lights, you’re also going to want to replace your hardware. Once you purchase that separately, you’ve now spent more money than you would have if you had purchased a set with hardware to begin with. You’ll also have wasted your time traveling to your local hardware store.That said, that are better alternatives out there.However, I haven’t experienced any of the functionality issues that others have reported. I either got lucky with a higher-quality set, or installation may have been suspect in a few of the reported failures. I’m 4 months into usage (which is heavy. I frequently travel 400+ miles for weekend trips with my trailer), and no issues to report. I’m an avid PWC rider, so they’ve been dunked well more frequently than normal into water, as well.

Exact replacement for the incandescent lights on my boat trailer. Old ones were sealed units so I was going to have to replace the entire assembly anyway. These were only a few dollars more, and should last the remainder of my ownership. Plus I like the no maintenance and dependability of the LED type of lights, I have change all of my trailers over to LED using parts from this vendor. Would recommend and buy from them again!
