The media could not be loaded. I love the outdoors and I bought these with hopes of not only being able to light up the inside of my bed when camping or hunting but also light up around the truck because most of those activities happen before or after dark.I installed them to when I lifted the glass they made light around my truck or when the camper shell is closed they lit the inside of the bed. And they did not disappoint. I bought the 3 pack and this is just 2 lights. I have not had time to cut and solder the wires back together on the 3rd.Since I already had the camper shell wired in it was easy for me to connect them to existing wires. (If you have a question I’ll do my best to answer on how to wire yours). And yes I know I don’t have all the wires cleaned up was waiting to get my 3rd one up before I zip tie it all nice and clean. All in all they are above what I was looking for. Super bright easy to peel and stick and best part they are in expansive. They only thing I am going to change is I’m going to add in a second switch to be able to control the lights on the side from the lights on the back. Will update this post if they turn to crap after a short while. Right now 3 days in they are awesome.

Wanted more lighting in my Toyota Tundra SnugTop shell as the dome light does not light up the entire length of the bed/shell.I wanted to connect this to my dome light already wired into the shell. Easy peasy, except when you mis-wire the connection to the LEDs and blow several fuses and get smoke to come out of the dome light. Whoops. Here I should mention that I have an electrical engineering degree. It was a purely stupid mistake on my part. Burnt up the original dome light so had to replace that as part of this upgrade. See my review of that good dome light if you need one. Before I wired things up, I added velcro to the back of the strip. About 5 locations with 2-3 inches of velcro. I wanted to see if the strips with Velcro would stay put attached to the carpet on the roof of the shell. It is very low pile carpet covering the entire interior of the shell that is very common for these shells. My plan was to ride around with them attached to see if they held. They did not. The disconnect happened between the adhesive of the LED strips and the adhesive of the velcro. My solution was to put a strong epoxy along the backs of the strips and the velcro. While I was at it, I added velcro to most of the length of the strips. That worked and is still working great about 3K miles later.I wired the strips into the dome light but only for the power, not to work with the auto on/off of the dome light. I hid the switch above the shell’s access window/door that is easy to get to and turn on when needed, even when the car is not running. (direct power to the battery). You will notice in the pictures I only have two strips hung. That was plenty of light in the shell. The other strip is available to use where I want with it’s plenty long cord. I can plug it into the attached strips and use it outside the truck. Good for extra light when camping, as I have a tent that attaches to the back of my truck, so plenty of light in the tent. See my review of that awesome, Napier Truck/SUV tent. The extra light is great and was easy to rig it up, especially after I figured out what a dumbaxx mistake I made with the wiring!Get these and add some light somewhere. More importantly, have fun!

Installed this 4 months ago , very easy to hook up, had to do a little wiring to hook into my truck , lights are very bright. I used only the sticky back to stick it to my truck bed sides , it is starting to peel off a little bit so I am going to add the little brackets it came with to screw it down

After purchasing some longer power cable and wire loom, installation was pretty easy and quick. So far the strips are adhering very well without having to drill or screw anything extra into the bed. Time will tell, but after install it does look nice, it is bright, and I am pretty happy.

It started getting drake sooner and was always hard to see in the back of my truck. Now no problem! Very nice lights! Would definitely recommend!????????

Install these in the truck cap on my pick up. I cannot comment on the adhesive because I used Velcro with adhesive to mount. Installation was simple and the product functions as represented. As you can see, it puts a ton of light in the bed of my pick up.

Installed on 2012 Tundra Toyota Double Cab 5.7 V8. Super easy user-friendly DIY. The adhesion is super strong if you press and hold, etc. The LEDs are super bright and light up the entire bed with the tonneau cover over it. Highly recommend it for the price.
