- VVIVID Air-Tints are an industry first: a headlight/taillight tint with all of the technologies developed in VVIVID+ premium materials. They include an air-release membrane which allows you to install the tint dry ( without installation liquid ) Ready to use out of the box!
- This is the only film on the market that can wrap ANY SHAPE. It is super conformable with heat. It was originally manufactured for hard-to-wrap surfaces, but the ease of install has professionals saving time on any headlight shape.
- This film is also self healing and scratches will go away with heat! Simply cut the vinyl to shape, and apply it to the surface. To make the vinyl conform to curves, simply heat with a heat gun or hair dryer, stretch and apply. Lastly, using a sharp blade, trim away excess from the headlight and you’re done! its literally that simple!
- Made with automotive grade cast vinyl, these tints are 80% tinted smoke or 20% VLT. The adhesive is acrylic based which will not eat through plastic like other tints on the market. It is 100% chemical safe, and will not eat through headlight coatings or damage your lights.
- Includes vinyl wrap tools: Yellow Squeegee and 2x Anti-scratch Black Felt Edge Dec

Overall I’m pretty happy with this tint. This is my second time working with film tint and my first time resulted in all of the tint going in the trash. This tint was a little more forgiving. It definitely took some time and a lot of heat to get the film close to how I wanted it. My outer tail lights have some weird angles and those pieces are where I had the most trouble. From a distance the finished product looks nice but up close there are wrinkles I’m not happy with. I will probably order another roll of tint to redo them eventually. An extra set of hands would be helpful when working on the more oddly shaped tail lights. I didn’t end up using the tool that came with the film. It was a bit too sharp for me to feel comfortable running it over the film repeatedly but my fingers worked just fine (let the film cool a bit first).I saw some reviews mention an orange peel texture in the film. That was definitely there on the dark smoke but you can’t see it once the film is applied. Aside from my novice mistakes the film looks completely glossy once applied.

The media could not be loaded. Overall this wrap is amazing. I bought the chameleon wrap.. beautiful, but not for beginners unless you’re really looking for a challenge. You NEED to use heat, it’ll help overall coverage (heating it will make stretchy. Stretch it as much as you can for best results). Also something to note, this package does NOT come with a squeegee thing, or an exacto knife (or similar), so if you don’t have those at hand it is most definitely something YOU WILL NEED.Despite the beautiful color and the hard work I put into it, I think I might get another wrap just due to the fact that it changes your headlight color A LOT (if you don’t get a restful at black tint). It changed my headlights to the point where I’m a bit anxious that the cops would pull me over hah.. but again overall a really nice wrap, you just need to consider some things before buying.

Bought the Vvivid light smoke Hex to tint my headlights, with the leftover pieces I actually used it to tint the center cap of my factory wheels, both the front and rear emblem as well as the rear running lights. Overall great product for the price, easy to install and looks really nice. Only downfalls with this product (personal experience, could be different on other vehicles/applications) the tint did not want to adhere in quite a few spots on the backside edge of headlight and heat from the motor would cause tint to lift up as well (fixed issue with my own method) And the biggest downfall is Halogen bulbs create quite a bit of heat therefore almost wanting to melt the tint to the headlight leaving a white smoky spot (another customers experience on his dodge charger) It had just started the process on my vehicle when I changed the headlights to LED’s and actually replaced the tint.

Overall happy with it. As with other VViVid films I have used, they are easy to work with and install.Only negative is that it really doesn’t look like the photo and is basically just a yellow film.

Second time I bought product to replace first one. Very hard to work with. Not sure if heat needs to be applied before even unwrapping from roll. Tried both with protective film on and off and still same result. Cracks in film that wi not go away. Have used other vivid film with great results. Just guess the holographic film is hard to work with or just for pros. Edited. Got actual film from vivid direct. Looks great took some time and works better with protective film off when heating. Heat slowly and do not over stretch you will tear the holographic film. I took off my bumper to get better coverage since outer parts will not be perfect but hidden mostly by bumper around edges.

I followed the directions and watched the official Vivid YouTube instructional video. Everything went smoothly. You will definitely want a heat gun for this film. Happy with the preliminary results.

Overall i am very happy with it. Got the dark honeycomb tint for headlights and looks amazing. Dark tint is very dark like i have black paint on civic si and it’s just as dark. I highly suggest getting 1 extra of whatever you want for practice and mess ups. Depending on the headlight this can be a difficult and extreme OCD project. Use a hairdryer on hot if you don’t have heat gun and just try your best. Work slow, lots of air bubbles to work out, lots of wrinkles to fix, slow and steady. Watch their youtube video install, and do a practice run. Goodluck!
