So far so good. I’ve only installed them as my low beams on a 2015 Can Am Maverick Max Turbo 1000R, planning on swapping out the stock high beam bulbs with these as well. Initial impressions with the low beams seem brighter, better flood and protection within the oem projector headlight housings. Need to test at night on the trail and in the snow to get a better idea. I’ll update as time goes on, but first impressions are great. Worth the cash to try out, hopefully they’re a lower draw from the battery than the oem halogens.

… like the title says. There is an Allen wrench included in the kit that is used to lock the LED on the mounting ring. this allows you to turn the LED to the specific point needed. The old device installed in my car had the LEDs pointing just off from the sweet spot. I cannot believe that this feature is not included in the description or in the instructions. I’ve only had them on for just a few minutes, but from what I can see they’re pretty bright and the materials seem pretty solid. Time will tell if they last as long as I want them to.

Works in 2007-2011 Silverado. Replaced my older style HID’s with these after I noticed a failing balast, and they work great. No need for multiple connections, zip ties, or hiding balasts. These plug directly into the vehicle like a factory bulb. Install was easy, fitment was tight, and they are as bright as the HID’s I replaced them with. Great product.

I purchased these to swap out the low-beam bulbs on my truck because I was tired of only getting a couple of years of life out of the bulbs (daytime runners) and at first, they were pretty nice…at least for a year or two. TLDR; They lasted 4 years of pretty low use. Now, to give you a little background, I don’t necessarily drive for long periods of time. My commute to work is probably 10 minutes one way (if I get stuck at every red light along the way) and if I had to factor out how long I’m in the truck per day, I’d say that it’s probably only 2 hours per day and that’s being generous (this will be important in a little bit). After the first year/year and a half, I noticed that the lights weren’t as bright as they once were (usually a good tell of heat issues). Towards the end, the light went from a ‘bright white’ to a dim purple/blue before darkening to a point where my license plate light what probably twice as bright. With that being said, I managed to get 4 years of life out of them before they kicked the popsicle stand. Sounds like I got 2 more years out of my headlights than I usually do, but when I did a little math, things weren’t even close to the seller’s claim of a 30,000-hour lifespan. If I overestimated that the headlights were on for 5 hours per day (serious over-estimation) and I completely ignore the year and a half that I worked from home because of Covid, I should have been getting approximately 6,000 ‘days’ of operation (or 16 years) before they died. Instead, I only got maybe 3,000 – 5,000 hours of operation; not even close to 30,000 hours.A couple of things that I am curious about:1. The general bulb design is now different in the promo photos than what I received. I wonder if this change would be an improvement in heat dissipation/longevity.2. Did I get a bum set or are others getting the same runtime out of them (and they’re just not updating their review)? As a final note, while I feel that I should have gotten a much higher runtime out of these bulbs, the price point is about the same as the basic Sylvania halogen bulb. So I’m not as disappointed as I would have been if I shelled out more money.

been buying beamtech for more than 5yrs, and all of my vehicles use beamtech, I have tried other brands but the output is not like beamtechs, I bought another brand for my gen 3 Prius but after 1yr the fan started making noise, so I went back to fanless from beamtech, my other vehicles lights are still working more than 4+ yrs already.

These bulbs are very bright. Their not having a large fan made it easy to install in my Sprinter 3500. I was able to put the light cover back on.

Bought these to upgrade our 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum’s high beam bulbs from halogen to LED. I don’t know why I waited so long to make this upgrade, I also don’t know why this vehicle has halogen high beams with all LED’s for low beams/fogs.Installation was a little difficult but that’s nothing to do with these lights themselves. The Explorer has very little room to work behind the headlight housings, but it can be done. Phenomenal output! I’m actually blown away with how bright and clean they are. I worry about retrofitting an LED into a halogen housing, but they project perfectly.Highly recommend these bulbs— have used this brand on several other vehicles in the past and will continue to use BEAMTECH in the future!

… not that bright. Best beam pattern and design I’ve used. Old LED bulb is on the left (light pattern and color all over the place) the left is Beamtech’s.
