Installs fine in an XV250. The clip that clamps the bulb down is a bit hard to rotate on since the aluminum plate is thicker than the stamped steel on a normal halogen but overall no problem. It also left plenty of room in the headlight bucket. A+ fit.The light output is amazing to say the least. I should have done this the day I got the bike. I thought it was a bit brighter than the halogen until I adjusted the beam aim properly. Now it is blinding bright with a clean straight cut off. I would occasionally get caught after dark with my tinted helmet visor and struggle home with the old halogen bulb. Now I can see everything in my path clearly. Fantastic output. The light pattern is slightly patchy down low but overall a fantastic improvement. The high beam puts out a bit brighter and is aimed up the perfect amount. One thing to keep in mind-At a standard idle speed the headlight is bright and steady. But as this bike is carbureted it will idle lower on cold start. At any peed under perfect idle there is a subtle pulse. It isn’t concerning but definitely present. With the break light on or turn signal flashing the pulsing is more noticeable and can even happen at standard idle if all 3 are going. I am hoping that converting the brake light to LED will reduce the overall electric load enough to alleviate this. Either way the light output is well worth this slight issue.

The base of the bulb didn’t fit through the hole in my ‘08 Triumph Street Triple so I had to dremel/file the hole just a couple millimeters wider, which was an unexpected pain.Otherwise they look pretty bright!

Perfect fit for the 2006 Vulcan Nomad 1600…no need to make any modifications to the dust cover, which is required on those bulbs where the fins are at the rear of the bulb. Bright white light, which is what I wanted.

Works great as simple as changing a light bulb. Much brighter than stock. Can’t speak for the longevity yet. Will update in the future.

This product was easy installed and currently overall satisfied with brightness and view which is better than previous original. I’m unsure of longevity due to installation being only 2 days ago. Thank you for the upgrade.

Put this bulb into the headlight of my Honda Shadow 1100. Makes me much more visible to oncoming vehicles in the daytime and is way better than my old halogen ones at night. Awesome I should have changed over a long time ago. No modification was needed to install this bulb in my headlight. Just plug and play.

I installed this in my 2022 Kawasaki KLX 230S with zero modifications. The plastic retainer ring was a little harder to re-install than with the original bulb due to a slight thickness difference, but that was it. This literally is plug and play.Brightness is easily double the factory bulb. This is another reason why any KLX owners need to take advantage of the install to lower their headlight position. Mine took about 10 complete turns on the vertical adjuster in the CC direction. Now, I can actually see at night on the road. I really hope this bulb lasts for a little while, because it borders on too good to be true.
