I purchased and installed these H11 LED bulbs in May 2021. When they worked, they lit up the road amazingly. These installed just fine on my 2013 Ford Fusion SE. However, considering how annoying it is to reach any of the light sockets in the car, I was hoping to never go through the process of installing/removing headlights on my car again for another few years . Unfortunately, after nine (9) months (February 2022), one of the bulbs went out. I troubleshot by flipping the positions of the bulbs on the car (switching the driver’s side bulb with the passenger side) and the defective bulb was still out. It was then that I reached out to support under their 2-year warranty. The directions provided in the packaging and on the Amazon listing for support contradicted each other – So I contacted HikariLED via the Amazon seller page and also, the HikariLED website. I responded immediately to their messages but it takes them 12 hours to respond between messages – understandably, they aren’t a local company. I gave them my Amazon Order ID and, again, responded with/attached the pictures they requested as soon as I got their messages. Unfortunately, communication fell silent. With that being said, I am still awaiting warranty support since last communicating with them on February 18, 2022 (via Amazon). I sent follow-ups this week via each contact route with no response.I promise to update my review once they contact me and issue replacements. If this review doesn’t update at all, that means the company did not follow-up. It is unfortunate when a great product is soured by a confusing customer support system.*Update 2/24/2022: On the night of February 24, 2022, Hikari confirmed shipment of a new set of replacements and awaiting receipt. Their form on the HikariLED website is the best way to contact them, not via Amazon messaging service.

So this company has come a long way since my first set in 2016/17. They now are adjustable so no more redrilling the set screw location. The high and low beams actually work! The high beam is actually useful now. WOW! These are definitely worth a try. My only issue so far is the standard halogen bulb on the h13 has a metal spring detent that keeps the bulb from turning back out of the housing. These do not have any detent, so when you go to adjust the position of the led the whole lock turns with it. So when adjusting you must hold the main keeper still while turning the led center during adjustment. Other then that they seem to work pretty flawlessly. I kept my old canbus adapters incase they start to flicker. I also was worried these may be too bright but definitely not the case for me. Properly adjusted lights make a huge difference for everyone on the road! Adjust your lights and don’t blind everyone else on the road. IM TALKING TO YOU DELAWAREANS

So far these are greater than I expected…I upgraded from the acme x to these and its a surprising difference. The light output is way more but its also well focused not to blind on coming trafficjust be sure to have your lights adjustedI am just wondering how soon my upgrade will come for the 2023 300000 lumen leds

Super bright lights. Customer service is great, I had a light die and they sent a replacement asap!

At first I was like these are brighter then stock by alot but I was concerned that the cutoff was not sharp and the light was scattered but then it turned the lights so the power connection use pointing up and they look alot better now.I just have one problem one light flickers just a little almost not noticeable but I can see it. I hope it will last. I will contact support to see if it will be a problem.VW has done something stupid whit there headlights. They made a special metal disk adapter that you have to use to hold the light into place. I purchased 2 different adapters but in the end I just used a dreml to grind a little off in the center to make it work and it fits well.

2010 Chrysler Town & CountryPerplexing how modern vehicles are allowed to be equipped with such poor lighting as halogen bulbs in reflector headlamps, particularly a so called premium brand such as Chrysler. Simple plug & play installation changes everything! May need to re-aim the headlamps afterward – go for short test drives after each adjustment to verify. Check the back of the bulb for adequate room for the power supply, heat sink, and cooling fans as you can see in the side-by-side photo.

These bulbs are worth the money. Huge improvement over a stock halogen bulb. I drive 600 miles a week at night on dark roads. My vision of the road, and the ability to see deer or any other road hazards have been dramatically improved. I had to lower the head light angle a little because they are much brighter and they were not where they needed to be for on coming traffic. The high beam basically allows me to see everything. The only negative thing I can say about these bulbs is that if you drive in heavy snow, the 6000K light spectrum is so bright and white that it does actually make it a bit harder to see because of the reflection of the light off falling snow. When the sky’s are clear and the ground is snow covered the light is just that much more magnified and easier to see. Great product, I feel much safer commuting at night now, if for no other reason other than just the ability to see deer much better.

All pictures were with only one led plugged in. These fit into the aftermarket housing beautifully and I was pleasantly surprised when they fit threw the hole in the back of the old sealed beam bucket. Should make night driving much more enjoyable especially since this the time of year to see deer.
