I purchased these for my HiLites 121 long range 130 w, SlimLites for my 2004 Ford Ranger with a Westin brush guard. All items purchased through Amazon with very good pricing and free, reasonable delivery time. I tried to base my purchase, in part, on the reviews given. I often find the descriptive info on the Amazon page lacking in details, or especially in the automotive section, incorrect. Even then you must consider that the reviews cover purchases of many different KC covers. Do not think that the review simply cover the item on that one page. I read that these had elastic bands sewn in to hold the covers on the lights. One even said that there were ties to insure the cover would stay on the lights. One said that these covered over and behind the lights even with the stone guards. Here is what I found on the covers I received: the cover did have a sewn in elastic band towards the rear of the cover, no ties. The cover was very tight and a little hard to put on over the stone guards, and the cover did not reach the very end of the light. They were made of vinyl with a small amount of light material padding to protect the lens. I doubt that they will fall off but I would check them at the start of the day to insure they are on all the way. These covers look sharp and I consider them a good buy. They got four stars based on the fact that they did not go over the rear edge of the slimlites. As always, read all the reviews and find the one that applys directly to your type of lights purchased. Go to the manufacturers site if necessary to obtain all information necessary. Then go back to Amazon and purchase them, you got them there for less money than anywhere else. Purchased in April 2011.

I love my KC Apollo Pro 6″, but purchased these prior to getting my Jeep annual inspection because technically my spot lights are above 42″ and not street legal in my state. AUX lights must be covered as to prohibit one from using them on the road here to blind or harass other drivers. So I didn’t want inspection shop to ding me. Just a CYAAfter testing their fit, I have to admit, they pop better than the stone guard on my spotters. Very attractive. I may leave them on! Also keeps bugs and road junk off spotters too.My Apollo Pro 6″ are thick so these would fit a slim even better. The backside is scrunched elastic so you simply stretch and pull over your light. They’re tight fitting and I’ve driven hundreds of miles without they flopping/sliding around. Very secure.Real deal, comes in KC packaging, with a foam insert in each cover (I removed the foam, but I guess that might be useful if it’s too loose on a slim line, hmmm??)They material is a pleather/vinyl

Much better than the hard plastic covers that came with my KC lights. These are nice and thick which should protect the lights and look really good.
