   It didn’t come in a box with the name on it it was just a plain box, and a tiny piece of paper for the information about the item. When you want to give a gift you want a gift that doesn’t look like you picked up from yard sale, and a normal box and look like somebody else just put it in a box and sold it or gave it away second hand.That’s the only thing I have to say about the item the item did look good it didn’t look used the box just did.

   I tested the pucks thoroughly & charged them up before stowing them in my road kit.Great products with bright lights & multiple mounting options.I didn’t try out their durability by running them over because, well, there is no need. Since I didn’t test that part, I gave them a four-star rating. I did, however, drop them onto a tile floor & they came up unscathed.

   As a school crossing guard, these LED road flares are priceless. I set one on top of each of the 3 traffic cones I use at my intersection. The lights are visible from a long distance, grab drivers’ attention & alert them to slow down.Now that it’s dark during my morning shift & winter has already begun (in Utah), I feel much safer crossing the kids across the streets.The rubbery material holds them in place on top of the cones & prevents them from breaking — in the event a cone is hit & a flare gets knocked off.The USB rechargeability is perfect for my purpose, as I can recharge them in my vehicle on my way to or from work. My supervisor ordered a few sets for other school crossing guards who cross children across multi-laned streets (where the speed limit is 45mph). I hope other school districts recognize the value of the flares & are encouaged to purchase them for their guards. I love them!

   Bought for son & g’daughters cars for emergencies. Tested; magnet holds it well against metal. It’s not going to slide down or fall off.Push button on top easily changes light pattern. Even during daylight I could see the patterns for alert. Didn’t test at night, but with brightness of day, confident it will be very bright at night. Seems sturdy. Case has a strong zipper to repack. Charger cords tucked inside case.

   What I didn’t like was they all stuck together in there cases ,had to pull them apart and I sprayed some Blast Silicone on a rag and wiped them with it so they don’t stick .They should do that at the factory .

   Love these rechargeable flares. I know others are battery operated but I really like that these are completely rechargeable. They seem to work well. If there ever is an emergency, I know these are ready to go.
